Ryan and Pam: Thank you so much for sharing your son, Wayland's, story. I sat right at my desk and cried when I read it. You two must have a very strong relationship. Tragedy like this can actually tear people apart. God bless you and your new little daughter! Judy Turner LCCC

The M.O.D.fundraiser/Shower was a beautiful tribute in Wayland Clay's memory, and the wonderful people who came contributed to helping many babies. Sara was a gracious hostess organizing the shower celebrating the JOY of Ryan and Pam's precious little one due very soon!! Ryan's enchiladas were a hit! Love, Baba (aka Ruth)

You guys did a great job on this website. You have no idea how much I think of you all and Wayland. Life is so short as it is, and no parent should have to live through the death of their child. I am so impressed and inspired by your strength, courage and love. Wayland is very lucky to have you both as parents-he knows it, that is why he chose you. Baby girl Touchton will bring just as much love and inspiration into this world and we cannot wait to meet her! Love, Aubrey

Ryan and Pam, Your website brought tears to my eyes, as I was reading and looking at the things on the website Randy was like what, what?? (he did not know what I was looking at) I said you have got to see this! As he was reading, I could see him tear up (he would kill me if he knew I was writing this, you know men don't cry!) he was saying that he feels bad that he did not know what to do at the time, I tried to explain to him that no one knows what to do in times like these, but not sure if this made him feel any better. Randy has always said that he felt that Ryan was a part of his family but at the time he just did not know what to do and that he felt frozen, we could not believe it, seeing as we just had a child and just assumed that they would just grow up together and everything would be just fine. I am so proud of you both for your strength! We Love You! Sara

Ryan and Pam, The website is so nice. There is not a day goes by, that Wayland is not in our thoughts. He will always be a part of our lives. The way that you turned this horrible tragedy into something positive, is an example that all of us can learn from. We love you both and waiting for the day we meet Wayland's little brother or sister. Dad & Mom

I am really sad about the machine breaking down yesterday! I looked on this website as soon as I got back from Auburn to see the sex of the baby (it was kind of late, so I couldn't call). But that's ok, we will find out in time. I can't wait to see you at Thanksgiving! Love you! ~Sara C
